Adult Movement Flow
* Sessional and Full Year options available.
Activate, explore, and restore.
This class blends PILATES-based core conditioning with MOVEMENT TRAINING, integrating mobility flows, coordination work, introduction to floor work, locomotion (travelling movements), and interactive games to improve reflexes, balance, and develop new movement patterns.
Expand your physical capacity at any age or stage! With accessible variations that build strength, joint health and new neural pathways, this class is both an excellent cross-training option for those with a current fitness or dance practice, AND a great way to get started if you're looking to add more physical activity into your weekly routine.
Each class closes with somatic and RELEASE TECHNIQUES to restore the body and leave you feeling refreshed.

Adult Contemporary

Join us for this NEW Adult Contemporary Class! Improve strength, coordination, and balance, while exploring movement in fun and creative ways and getting more in touch with your body!
Classes will incorporate Modern dance technique, movement phrases, floor work, strength & conditioning, and restorative release work.
