We are accepting donations through Friday, Sept 12th. If you have any used dance wear that is in excellent or good condition and are willing to donate it to this sale, please drop it by the office the week of September 9-13 between 4-7pm, or contact us to arrange a drop-off time.
This sale is an important part of our season at Crossings as it helps ensure everyone has the opportunity to afford dance. We thank you in advance for your donations ❤️
* We ask that all used dance wear be washed and folded in a ziplock bag.

We invite all of our students to share their love of dance with a friend (or maybe even a few friends!) and bring them to any of your classes the week of
September 15-20, 2025
(No previous dance experience required!)
AND if your friend registers for a dance class, BOTH you and your friend receive a $25 tuition credit for our 2025/26 dance season!

VOCATIONAL STUDENTS ~

CYDC TASTER
Coming FALL 2025
Curious about CYDC, but nervous to commit to the full season? Well, we have an exciting opportunity for you! If your dancer is ages 9 - 12 (as of September 2025) and currently in Junior 1, Junior 2, Inter 12, or Inter 2, we invite them to join us for our Fall 2025 CYDC TASTER!
These dancers will experience what it is like to participate in CYDC, they will learn a Christmas dance to be performed at CYDC Christmas performances (Nov/Dec 2025), build community and friendships, be mentored by our CYDC faculty and dancers, and take their dancing to the next level!
Our hope is that this shortened TASTER program will provide you with a closer look at CYDC and CYDC can be an integral part of your dancer’s life! Dancers will then be encouraged to consider auditioning for the full CYDC Company 2026/27 season in May 2026.

A little bit more about the TASTER Program:
WEEKLY REHEARSALS:
The TASTER will run for 10 Saturdays - September 20th through November 29th, 9:30 – 11:30am
*There is no rehearsal on Thanksgiving weekend.
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to rehearsals, each dancer is required to attend and participate in the following classes: a minimum of 2 ballet classes, with 1 modern or 1 jazz class strongly recommended at the Junior 1 level or above (25/26 season levels).
TUITION/FEES:
Tuition for the 2025 season is $785.00 + $39.25(gst) = $824.25. Tuition will be divided into 3 instalments (September 2025 – November 2025) that will be charged to you Credit Card on file. Fees are all-inclusive, including: choreography, costuming, mentorship, performances. Group events, tickets & travel expenses not included. You are welcome to pay fees in full during the month of July, however unfortunately there is no Pay-In-Full discount for CYDC.
If fees are a concern, please contact us to discuss possible financial assistance through our Shirley Agate-Proust Legacy Fund.

ONE-DAY FUN-DAY
Get ready for fall festivities and fun, Fun, FUN! Join us ...
Sunday, October 26th
1:30 - 4:30 pm
Ages 3-8
$45/Student or $80/Family
This Pumpkins & Pliés party is sure to have your dancers twirling through the autumn leaves, rolling like pumpkins, tip-toeing through pumpkin patches and leaping over smiling Jack O’Lanterns! Dancers will enjoy fun fall-themed DANCE games & activities, crafts and candy prizes! Pack a snack, wear your favourite COSTUME and join us for 3 hours of fresh, friendly, fall FUN!
**This is a ghost/witch/wizard/goblin/zombie free zone. Please wear friendly and uplifting costumes 🙃
