    Join us for an exciting Pilates Mat class where we offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of Pilates. Our classes include magic circles, small stability balls, foam rollers, weights and therabands. Different props provide variety and interest, assist to increase the intensity of your workout or modify a challenging technique.
